By using GRN Labs, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing or using any part of this platform.
What GRN Labs Is
GRN Labs is a wellness intelligence platform. We provide educational tools, protocols, and tracking for men interested in vascular health optimization. GRN Labs is not a medical device, not a medical service, and does not form a doctor-patient relationship of any kind. Our content is educational only.
This information is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or wellness protocol. Individual results may vary.
Subscription and Billing
Access to the Vascular Intelligence Dashboard is offered at $199 per year, billed annually. Payment is processed via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing privacy@getrightnutrition.online. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your dashboard through the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued at cancellation, except as described in the refund policy below.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made within this window are honored with no questions asked. No refunds are issued after 7 days from the purchase date. To request a refund, email privacy@getrightnutrition.online with your account email address.
Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for personal use only. You may not:
- Share your dashboard login credentials with other individuals.
- Resell or sublicense access to GRN Labs content or tools.
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written authorization from GRN Labs.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract platform content.
Limitation of Liability
GRN Labs is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of this platform. Users assume full responsibility for their own health decisions. We provide educational information and tracking tools; we do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health protocol, medications, or supplementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRN Labs's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GRN Labs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GRN Labs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
